Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping at GREATPRICEHERE.COM . We are proud to be Platinum Partner Brooklyn Socks® . Our online shop provides great products and best prices available on the market. Our members of quality assurance team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Please don`t hesitate to contact us at info@greatpricehere.com, we will try our best to meet your request. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of date of purchase and we will be happy to refund the price paid for the products. Make sure to include your name and order number in the email.
If you find your product has a defect in manufacturing or materials, please email us at info@greatpricehere.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can provide you with proper support for your return. Make sure to include your name and order number in the email.
You must email us before returning. Include your Name, Order number, and reason for returning the product. This information will greatly help us expedite the process of initiating your return.
Returns must be shipped only to the address provided via email by our support team member. Do not ship item back to the address on package label you received it from.
We can not accept returns of opened/worn/"just tried on" products. Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Shipping fee you paid at checkout is not refundable. Unless you cancel order within 12 hours from purchase and your order wasn't shipped yet.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the item's price.
Orders that qualified for Free shipping (You paid $0 at check out for the shipping) :
In case of return fully or partially of such orders - original cost of shipping to you will be deducted from refund amount.
In addition restocking fee of $20 will be applied.
Fast Refund:
Returns are processed within 10 business days of package receipt. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email letting you know that we have the item. We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Order Cancellation:
Your order will be refunded if it`s cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and wasn't yet ship. Please email us at info@greatpricehere.com, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. Keep in mind that orders requested UPS, FEDEX, and USPS shipping are shipped same day if placed before cut off time. Check our Shipping and Handling Policies
Exchange policy :
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
International orders :
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any international orders. All orders that shipped out of US jurisdiction treated as International orders.
